Wrong vacuum lines/connections??

I'm putting a FS-ZE in and I'm getting a lot of engine surge. I don't have the resonator (black box) in, when I do the engine races super high. I'm posting some pics to see if my vacuum hoses and electrical connections are correct.

I have a few other unknowns currently that may be the source of the issue. I got the car without a motor so unfortunately I have no reference point and Im not running a turbo with this initial setup so there are a lot of variables... the charcoal canister isn't hooked up 100% , I'm not clear where the line off that unused nipple should go.

I have a nipple capped on this but have no idea what this is controlling.

And I have the bottom port on the purge solenoid capped.

Here are some pictures of how the vacuum lines are currently routed.

Thanks for any help you can provide I feel confident it's a vacuum issue but the more I read the more I seem to confuse myself.

The purge solenoid bottom nipple line runs to the charcoal canister. The sensor near the firewall on the passenger side is the boost/map sensor and it must be connected to the intake manifold. That's probably where your issues are coming from
