Winter tires in 195/50/16 ?

Just get some 15 in steelies to use for winter. It will save the corrosion on your good ones. Also then you won't have to get them mounted/balanced every time you change. www.tirerack.com has some goo prices on winter wheel/tire packages.

i've been looking into that as well. you can put a 205 width tire on the stock rims (according to some members here), and i'm pretty sure there are some tires available in that size--i can't remember which ones though.

Why mount them on the stock wheels, unless you have an extra set your wasting money. Look at it this way. To have them mounted/balanced your looking at about $15 a pop. 15*4=60 then you have to pay to have your summer tires put back on. That makes $120 per year (Yay! I can add 
) For $120 I KNOW you can pick up a set of steelies at a junk yard. Or TireRack has a 15 in snow package (wheels and tires) for around $450. IMO using your stock wheels (unless you tend to keep the snow tires mounted) is a waste of time and money.

i don't know about Grishulia, but i've upgraded my wheels, so i do have the stock wheels just sitting around.

...on further inspection, i can't find either of those tires on the company's websites in 195/50-16. i think 1010tires.com is on crack....or am i?

Didn't find the Yoko's on their website. So maybe 1010 is only on half dose of crack.

I have just bought Pirelli's 210's in 195/50/16. I got them from Sears. They did price matching from Tirerack for 105.99 and I did not have to pay for installation.
You might want to take a print out from Tirerack or 1010 and take it to your local Sears and see what they will do. Made it easier for me, no installation charge and no shipping charges.
