Winter Steel Wheel Conversion

I want to replace the 17 inch alloys on my GT 5door with 15 inch steel wheels and install ice/snow tires for the winter. The dealer wants $162.95 Canadian (each!) for the base model (GS?) 15 inch steel wheels.

Has anyone found an aftermarket steel wheel supplier that can supply 15 inch wheels; bolt pattern 5X114.3, offset 52.5, that will fit?

Any help appreciated.

I'm getting a winter tire/wheel package from tirerack for $424 (american) Steel wheels and Dunlop Graspic DS2 15x6" wheels, 195/55/15 tires. Gonna get some azenis for the summer on those steelies!
