Does anyone else have a problem with there windshield making a high pitch noise when going over 75 MPH?
My Windshield is making a loud high pitch whistle when ever I go over about 75 MPH and I figured out that it's my windshield because I can press it in the middle near the rear view mirror and the pitch will change.

I have heard the wipers do this..but NOT the windshield....if you can push on the glass and make it stop...it sounds like you have a gap there somewhere...does the windshield leak?

I don't know where the thread was, but mine does it too. Someone on here fixed it by using adhesive to secure the weatherstripping. It's not the windshield itself that is making this noise. Try looking on the outside of the car to see if there is any loose weatherstripping.

I had this problem. At the bottom of the seal there is a loose triangular shaped piece of rubber. At about 75 MPH it starts to squeal and will continue to until you get to about 110MPH. I brought it into the dealer about 5 times and they kept telling me it was the heat shield. On the last visit they listened and decided to tape up the edge or the wind shield. After this the sound was gone so the ordered the new window seal and a spare windshield just in case. They broke the windshield while removing it so it a good thing they thought to order one. So the installed the new seal and windshield and I have no issues with squealing since. The new seal is different. At the bottom corners where their had been the triangle sections hanging free on one side they are now connected.

Never had the problem. I just got the original widshield replaced yesterday, though. $0 deductable coverage is good!:D

it's doesn't leak, i just hear the noise. I'm going to take it into the dealer this weekend and tell them to fix the seal
