OKay so here is the story.
As some of you have experienced too, the new mazdas window module need to be programmed everytime you disconnect the battery in order for you to enable the auto window down function and to roll down the passenger window from driver side window switches.
Now, here is what I did.
I had to remove battery last night because I was running wires, dynamatting the front doors. I ran the speaker wires through door grommet as well, and power wires are ran through stock grommet in fire wall.
Now eveything is back into place, and the window modules would not program itself when I try to reprogram them. I can open all the other windows from driver side switches but the passenger side. However, the right window still works when I use the passenger side switches.
To sum it up, I can open the driver side window using driver side switches, but can't do it with driverside switches.
Did anyone have this problem too before? What could it be and where should I check first? The space was very tight when I ran the speaker wires through door grommets so I would not be surprised if I pinched any wire by accident(even though I did not feel it)
Just for your reference, I also have a compustar 900 fmr alarm installed in the car as well.
Any help will be appreciated and I hope someone can help me diagnose the problem.
Thank you
