Ok
I got my self some Venture shield clear bra products and I plan on installing them myself. I know I know, I should have a pro do it blah blah blah.
The install video says to used 3M general purpose adhesive cleaner and glass cleaner.
While after searching home depot, Autozone, CAP, Advanced auto parts, and 2 local hardware stores, I am convinced this stuff does not exist.
I want to do this by the book, so it comes out well. But I can't find the cleaner anywhere.
I was able to find 3M Adhesive and Wax remover which is almost the same thing (i think?) the only issue it says "Will not harm MOST cured automotive paints" Key word being MOST,
The other product I found was another glass cleaner, by Trouble Free (is that a brand?).
Check out the photo below any thoughts on these products? Should I hold out till i find the right stuff? Could I use something like Goo gone instead of the adhesive remover?
If not, anyone know where I could find the two 3M products recomended?
Thanks
-Pete
