Will these rims fit?

Hey all, I am clueless when it comes to rims so I am trying to see if these rims would fit the Mazda3 sedan:

I have deduced that the number of lugs is the same and the mm is almost the same (114.3 vs. 115) but am clueless on the offset and whether they would be too big for the car. Thanks all.

Actually, after reading some posts here, I have come to the conclusion that 20's would be ungodly large and shouldnt be put on a 3. Thanks anyway guys.
