I don't see why they wouldn't fit perfectly, unless the center hole is incorrect - Even then, it's "doable"
I put some RX-7 BBS wheels on mine, and the center hole was too small, so I had a machine shop bore them out to the correct size - $50. If the hole is already too large, some hub centering rings would solve that one, probably for less than $50.
The offset and bolt pattern are PERFECT for the P5 - I'd say if you like the look of these, go for it. The $900 price seems pretty good to me as well.
The tires ARE a little too large - nearly 4% bigger around than what you have now. Will change your revolutions per mile down to 819 from your current 852, but other than that . . . . . You could always get some 215/40's when those wear out, and be back pretty close to where you belong.
