so after getting reffed i switched back to my Pann Auto FMIC kit. in order to get the stock IC back on i had to bend a metal mount that held the radiator and the fan to the frame on the right side. well when i put the kit back on the mount wouldnt bend back to the right position so i said **** it. im guessing my fan rubbed the radiator or bounced off of it causing a hole. im really just trying to get this car running good again so i can sell it. so my question is will a protege radiator fit my MSP? if not where can i find the cheapest one? im really just over fixing everything and want to sell it ASAP. love the car. hate all the problems. blahhh.

Why do people think the full size radiator cools better than the MSP one? I know it's bigger but the MSP radiator is much thicker.

I don't know, but noone thinks that in this thread. The OP wants a cheap alternative to sell his car, so yes the regular pro rad fits with a FMIC...

dont the pipes for the pann auto kit run through the smic hole?? or at least the hot pipe?

yes it does. thats why i had to bend the aftermarket RAD mount to get the stock SMIC back in. but now the mount is bent and wont line up right to make everything fit right. it was stupid i know, but everything is just kinda loosely in there and caused the fan to bust a hole in the RAD. thats what happens when all you do is work and have no time to put love back into the car... :(
