Which motor mount?

After a few more days with my CS inserts, I can say that the only differences for me are when I start the car, flooring it and shifting. When I start the car, it shakes a bit more solidly than it did before. When I floor it, especially in 1st or 2nd gears, it breaks the tires loose much sooner. Shifting feels more solid also. Again, for $35 and maybe 30 minutes of labor, great mod.

Anyone have warranty issues with MMs? Should this factor into the decision at all (CS vs. others)? I'd rather not have to be taking it out for dealer visits.

Sorry for the slight OT.

I dont see why a motor mount would cause any warranty issues what problems could be traced back to your engine not banging around as much?

I installed my TRZ poly last week and I love it, yes there are some minor increased vibrations but its nothing bad, I cant understand how so many people complain about it. My dad even asked why it didnt come from the factory like that after riding in it. The install is very easy and took at max 15min using 2 jack stands, a 17mm socket, some lock tight, and I used a 4 ton jack.

If they can find a way to void your warranty, whether legitimate or not, they will. That's one of the reasons why I went with the CS inserts because they're virtually invisible unless they drop the mount out.

that is not true. mazdas policy is that they must PROVE that the damage to your car was CAUSED by a specifit aftermarket part. they can not refuse to fix a broken suspension component because you have a BOV upgrade. if you roll in with a full eibach suspension kit and tell them you have a problem with suspension noises, then they will laugh at you !! my car has damn near every mod out there and i get my warranty repairs without any problem what so ever.

Well said tru-boost.
I think there are too many rumors out there about Mazda voiding everyones warranty for any and every possible thing you could think of. "Nope you didn't use genuine Mazda blinker fluid installed by our tech your warranty is now void".

for little problems, where your mods are unrelated, a good dealership is cool about. However, that being said, you come in with a blown engine, they will look for any excuse.
