Which factory installed features do you wish were standard?

So I was searching around some Mustang forums today (almost got a 5-speed '08 Bullitt instead of my 3) and saw one thread that they had titled "What factory accessories do you wish you had?" So I thought this would be a neat thread.
So have at it!! What do you wish you had standard on our cars?

I wish we had turning lights, at least a one memory seat, heated mirrors, and bluetooth.

Auto open/close windows and auto close sunroof, climate control on lesser than GT, standerd airbags all around, I wish it had the open behind dash like the S40, a pause button for the CD, bluetooth... and I know they have a button on the key fob to pop the trunk but mine doesn't and it makes me angry.

all i realy would want to see are heated mirrors, bluetooth and better paint...

Bluetooth and a trunk popper on the key fob. I hate that I have to unlock the car or use the key.

my only requests are auto up windows and auto close sunroof. nothing else should be standard. heated mirrors would be a good option to have

I'm generally for nothing being standard. I think people should have the option of buying a stripped-down version of a car if they want to.

It used to be that you could even buy a car without a radio if you didn't want one.

yes but the more different configurations the higher the cost to the company and thus a higher cost to the consumer.

So putting power windows in every car is actually cheaper than having crank windows available.

True story! And if you have power windows I think at the very least the driver and passenger windows should be auto up/down and the sunroof is already auto open it should also be auto close. I also wish you could control the windows/sunroof with the key fob.

Do you _really_ want to get into an argument with me over this? :D

There is no argument. It's simply fact.

The Scion tC that was plan, no power windows no power sunroof (fixed glass), no radio, and so on actually cost more to make then the regular Scion with everything standerd, it cost less to buy because Scion/Toyota knew people would mod them with some of their parts but it's basically what you were saying.

Fair enough... I did forget about the loss leader, where they sell the most basic of models at a loss just to drive traffic into the dealerships.

The auto open/close has to be one thing they should've put in, I don't get why they didn't. Although I wish I had lock buttons and all the windows switches and the headlight adjustment etc. etc. lit up at night with the headlights. It's just baffling that they didn't light up all the buttons. WTF? The key fob window open deal is something I actually tried time and time again just to make sure that my car didn't do it.

And something else that would be nice from the Ford side...Ford's message center. Ford/Lincoln/Mercury and even Volvo have versions of it...so why not Mazda? It's really useful on the 2005 Expedition we have. 2 drive time timers, 2 trips, an average MPG, off setting, entire system diagnostic in it, and all the auto headlight timer, easy-exit seat, language, other stuff that I don't dally in because I don't need to set it...
I know we have the little one but Ford's is much more in depth and informational than ours.
