Which CBE/CAI Should I Get?

Okay so I'm getting a new exhaust for my 2.0L i Touring and I was looking at Magnaflow but then I saw the tubing size and wondered about actual gains and sound. So I started looking at others, I've gotten others down to Corksport and Vibrant Performance. I was wondering which out of those three was the best and most trusted, I understand Corksport is like Mazda Specialists but I do know Magnaflow is a world-wide trusted name and Vibrant I have never heard of but my friend has their Catback on his 350Z and seems to think fairly highly of them. Any ideas? Here's what I'm looking at. Or any other suggested will be taken too.

Also looking at CAI. Injen or AEM? I've heard good things about both and it seems more people on the forums have AEM so I was wondering if they were favored for a reason.

Thanks for the help.

I know someone who switched to an AEM from a Fujita to get more low-end power back. I really like my Simota intake as well. Good low- and mid-range power for $115. Can't beat that.

If I were going to get any exhaust no matter the cost, I would get either an RB or a Borla. Man they both sound good. But I went cheap and got an MS3.

If your interested in the exhaust that will provide the most gains then HKS or OBX since it deletes the 2nd cat. If your interested in sound then magnaflow or borla.

As for CAI it just depends on which area of performance your looking for. When it comes to low end performance look into AEM, Injen or K&N since the tubing size is 2.5 and for high end, F2 or F5 since then the intake tubing sizes are much larger.

i run a simota carbon charger on my 2.3 and i love it. the vibrant header is easily our number one selling header.

Yeah I want to get a nice sound and gains. I was thinking Corksport. And HKS I've heard sounds like a fart can. Plus the last time I checked they don't make one for the sedan.

And CAI. I wasn't under the impression Injen was low end. I thought they were high-er end for their technology. I'll go with F5. Easy to install?

lmao, he was talking about low-end power (like under 3000 rpms) not quality.

The HKS has a deep aggressive sound and it doesn't sound ricey at all. You can still use the hks on the sedan but I'm not sure if u have to modify it a lil. I had a friend who drove a 2007 2.3l sedan and he had the HKS exhaust.(popcorn)

As for CAIs I meant low end performance. What Tripleskate said. lol

Well about the CAI's. Do you like your F2? Do you have high end gains AND low end gains? That's what I'm worried about. I don't race on the track. But I do go fast on the freeway and stuff so I'm guessing F2 or F5?
