Can't really decide, would consider:

Mazdaspeed - with new flash/mods to prevent CEL
CP-E
Cobb SRI

Priority is no CELs, best gains, bset sound, then cost.

Whats the latest opinions if u don't mind my asking?

cobb or ms cai..if you plan to get cobbs ap then the cobb sri is your best choice for now.The cobb sri is much cheaper in price also so that may help you decide.

I found fugita cold air intake for 195, anyone have this intake. I don't really know the brand to well, I mean I've heard of them just nothing about quality.

fujita is pretty okay, but that's still more than the cobb, and it really doesnt have any benefits over it either. It wouldnt make sense to get anything other than the cobb short ram

to be honest

If you want no warranty issues at the dealership - Get the MS CAI
If you have other mods and warranty doesn't matter - Cobb SRI
If you like uniformity with CPE and their stuff - CPE CAI

no matter what you will see gains. Warranty is really the only factor

IF you don't want to worry about hydro-lock go with a SRI.
A new motor is like what 7k?

Yep, amphibious MS3 should definitely go with the SRI. OTOH, if you limit your water crossings to depths of less than 6-8 inches the MS CAI is fine...

CPE is working great for me, no cels. Comments about hydrolock are retarded though, im not sure where you live but come on, hydrolock? - do you live where it floods alot? Crappy seware systems? No common sense to turn around when a typhoon is coming?

Thanks for all the info guys.

So no CELs with you COBB guys? that is the #1 factor for me, I don't wanna any rigged up crap throwing CELs every other day. If it does not throw any CELs, then after my research as well COBB is clearly the winner.

Same or more HP, significantly less cost, easier to install, easier to clean filter, and easier to swap back to stock airbox if u have to take your car in for warranty work.

Its hard to believe that the COBB and CP-E intakes don't throw any codes, when the actual MazdaSpeed CAI product does.....seems it would be engineered to be least likely to throw codes =(

Side note, where did you buy your COBB intake?
