Where to get online manuals for a 2022 CX-9?

Just got a 2022 cx-9 and looking for an online source for maintenance schedule, and service/repair manuals. Is everything a subscription nowadays or what can I expect?

I have done an offline download of the second link and so far I haven't had any issues with my computer so I would suspect that it is ok to download but I guess you decide if it is safe to download a .zip file from a random webpage.
