Hi Ladies & Dudes,

I'm new to the forum but an old Mazda fan (of RX-7, Miata and P5 ownership) and I'm trying to figure out where the f#k the OEM crossovers for the front door speakers are hiding...I can't seem to find any documentation on it anywhere and a visual search has completely eluded me. Any help from anyone in the know would be hugely appreciated.

the cross overs in my front doors I installed myself. I used KICKER they are working pretty well if I dont mind saying so....:)

Well, it kind of appears that are aren't any (as najaremka says), but the [OEM] system in my P5 has the A pillar-mounted tweeters, so I'm assuming the full audio range isn't going to them, and that there are crossovers somewhere....No?

The tweeters in the pillar have a capacitor on them to block out the lower frequencies.

Excellent. Capacitors on the tweeters (acting as passive crossovers) would explain it. Thanks M.Balls, & everyone.
