Where can I get a shirtern shifter for MS3?

As titled, I just put the new shifter bushing for my car, feeling good!

But I still feel the shifter distence is way too long, so where can I get shirtern shifter for my MS3?

In SUBARU, they call shirt throw shifter.(I think)

And i saw shirtern shifter in Mazda Forums Last time, so i thought it is.
