I just got 4 wheels and 2 seperate shops said they were out of round. Anybody else ever run into this? I personally have never and gone through many sets of wheels.

This has happened to me and basically it was because they were crap wheels. In my case I didn't need a shop to tell me, I just put a rim on the car and spun it around and you could see it wasn't true. Go with a reputable brand and buy from a known source so if there are problems you can return or exchange them if they are bad.
