wheel/tire combo

sorry about the question since it seems fitment questions are always being asked but i am trying to put on an Exel 17x7 wheel with a +45 offset. The tire would be 215/45/17. I am pretty sure this should work without any rubbing or any issues despite an offset a hair lower then i wanted. Also, with this tire having a much smaller sidewall than the stock of 60, would there a good size gap between the tire and fender requiring a possible lowering?? Thanks alot for any help!

stock tire size for 17" is 215/50/R17. If you want a wider tire like lets say 225/45/R17 you will have to roll the rear fenders since the tires will rub.

45 series would help on acceleration but milage will slightly be off. At or about 60 MPH IIRC the speedo will read faster than you actualy are. The tire you picked "Can Work" on the stock rim offset. I'm actualy debating on a perticular 45 series tire once I roll.
