What would you want us to make?

I 2nd the idea of the greddy product holder that removes the pocket.
Since you are already making a below the radio holder for the Greddy products, I was thinking about something that you could remove the pocket and replace it with, that would hold either 1 or 2 (side by side) of the Greddy products. I would like to see this since I have the TT and EBC and would like a clean install of them both in my dash.
We have modified our R1 product to accomodate what you say and still keep the door on. The products sit on top of each other. 42mm high and 81mm wide (21mmx2 products).

EDIT: SEE PICTURE...

Working on a DIN kind of like whatyou have above with 3 52mm's and then one with 1 52mm and enough space for GReddy Profec B2 and latest FATT. I need to get demand here to see which one people will want the most prior to having laser fabrication cuts (it costs a lot you know).

Option 1:
The are companies around here that have the Din panel with 3 52mm gauges already. I have seen pics of some members cars with these somewhere.
How will yours be different? (not being an asshole, just asking)
Will it still allow the use of the door on the pocket? { that would be different}

Option 2:
nobody has a DIN panel with 1 52mm and a 1/4 din (profec b size). By the way why can't this option have two 1/4 DIN like the modified R1 but just moved to the side?

What ever you decide I am sure will be get quality.

Now that we have the ZLINE created and in motion, we would like to continue workig on the "dead pedal" idea.

Okay, we can EASILY fabricate a dead petal that would be 14 or 12 gauge thick (real thick) and can find the right screw combination to affix it to the interior of the car.

Regarding "matching" it to the MSP is another thing -

1. We noticed that the pedals (2003.5 and 2003 I think) are painted, not REAL metal.
2. We have to be very careful as far as "matching" doesn't infringe upon Patents, etc.
3. We could easily do a nice piece, but we are unable to supply rubber inserts.

With the three points above being said, would you want us to make a cool looking dead pedal and the end user be responsible for painting it? We could shoot for a introduction price point of $30.00 shipped for those that are interested.

Let us know!

i thouught that they were alluminum.......i know they are alluminum, i took mine off.

why not jut make the dead pedal out of alluminum and have it wirebrushed,
it should look exactly like the pedals.

Yup, they are aluminum, but aren't they painted?

If I had someone do 2/8" aluminum, laser cut - and had it brushed, it may be shiny instead of flat.

^^^and then i'd get one, btw do i get a discount for coming up with the deadpedal idea???:D
Marashka,

Been working on this for 2 months now - another member, Bijou-MP5 came up with it at my house.

You just refortified his idea.

Okay, how many other people want me to make this thing? I can try to do aluminum (have to ask fabricator), but otherwise it would be 12 gauge (2/8" roughly) steel (minimally brushed) with nice slots, etc. and screws (unbrushed/unpainted) for $30.00 shipped - ten person buy-in to get the product rolling like the ZLINE.

Okay, just got off the phone with my fabricators.

I can design the piece and as long as it is flat they can either

a) oribital brush the units to give it swirly marks (yes aluminum)
or
b) give the aluminum piece a uniform grain (that many customers like)

Worked up rough numbers, and $30.00 shipped is absolutely doable.

I guess I'll have to take some more measurements and put it into CAD and see what you guys think.
