What wont void my warranty?

Hey guys this is my first post and I don't own a ms3 just yet, I am still shopping around. But I do have a few questions, and I have a big problem of having to hop up my rides. I was planning on buying performance parts at the same time I bought the car, these are the parts I was thinking I should go with.
-COBB Tuning Access Port Tuner - which I think is very cool and so does the wife
-COBB Tuning SF Intake System
-CorkSport "Power Series" Mazdaspeed 3 Turbo Back Exhaust System
-CorkSport Mazdaspeed 3 Urethane Engine Mount Insert
-COBB Tuning Shifter Weight
-Get windows tinted all around
I thought that would be the best way to spend the first 2k in aftermarket parts. But my BIG concern is that I will void any warranty right off the bat. I run a shop so I am not to worried about putting stock parts back on the car before I bring it back to the dealer for any warranty work. Does the computer have a good memory that could tell the dealer what was going on though? And do these cars run well without a cat or do they through an engine code? Thanks for the help and I am glad to be joining the club.

cars will throw a code without the first of the two cats, and my buddy's ms3 is pretty heavily mod'd he has a intake dp back exhaust, i was the unfortunate one who had to help him put the stock crap back on he did not run into any problems.
