What wattage is the H3 Foglight?

I want to get some Eurelite Xenon Blue H4 for the headlights and H3 for the Foglights...what is the wattage for the foglights? 55W or 100w? I assume 55W.

Also are the H4 headlights the 60W/55W?

Ok, I just got a pair off of ebay, and I'm hoping that they'll be ok...wattage wise...I had 50w fogs on my old 240 and bumped it up to 110w off road lights and they worked fine (nice and bright) But i wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with lights with wattage like theselights
