what type of bump is in everyone's ride

I used the factory MSP sound system and it works great. It took up very little space and still retains 85% of the functionality of the back cargo area.

T-Matty: I'll bug you for more details about your set-up when the time comes. I checked out the Mazda site and it seems pretty impressive.

I like this guy's set up. Forget all the crap hanging from the hatch...I like the way his subs and amps are out of the way. (thumb)

it's PERFECT form me. An 8" sub is punchy but not door rattling. The kenwood door speakers handle mids and highs very well. I'll get some pictures up this week of my install. You have to realize though I know very little about stereo and electrical wiring (failed ASE electrical twice now). I'm pretty impressed with how it came out. It looks "almost" factory.

1 kicker 12" L7 in slotted kicker box
800.2 Kicker amp
Infinty Reference mids
Kenwood deck
and yeah it pounds like crazy

I got (3) 10" MTX in my trunk powered by a 401S Rockford amp. Wanted a 12" JL W3 but no $$.....

My box seems pretty big for me, but gives some good bump..

I like to feel the bass in my lower back, and stock did s***. Got me what's in my sig, the pheonix golds still have to be installed, I hate the COLD!!

dual clarion 10: srw2581's + 380RMS Clarion amp (yeah i need a 1000RMS amp but no funds :()
