What transmission oil are you using.

I was wondering who has changed the transmission oil in their MS3 and what brand did you use. I switched mine at 5000 miles to Royal Purple Synchromax. I've been driving for about 1500 miles so far and it seems to shift better, especially when the gear box is cold. I thought my gear box would get quieter, but it still whines in first gear when driving slow and making slow sharp turns. Does anybody elses MS3 seem to do this?(scratch)

Yep mine whines as well... I just dont drive slow now (glare)

i put RP in mine the other week. i hate it, i feels like it clunks into gear now. i talked with a red line rep and got some MT90 http://www.redlineoil.com/products_gearlubricants.asp?productID=46&subCategoryID=17&categoryID=7 it is an approved oil for mazda.
strange that you guys like the RP and i dont, i got the 75w 90 likr the manual says but its no good for me.
i will be putting the red line in as soon as work slows down and i get time.
