What to do, what to do??

I just bought a 2003 Mazda Protege5 and have some starter spending money to play with. I have about 4 g's and am looking for ideas on what to do with it. I think I will probably spend around 1 g on my audio system, but would like to use the other 3 g's on performance upgrades. I don't want to just limit myself to a supercharger, because then I am gonna need suspension and exhaust to handle the upgrade. I guess I'm gonna have to start small and somewhere. Any ideas?

Silverspeed, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to our Club. There are TWO BIG fridge'S in the corner with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have.

make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

the first thing I would suggest you do....since you are thinking about performance issues....hop down to the performance forum...and run back a few pages or so....and just start reading....you will gain a lot of insight into what you can do....problems people have had.....fixes to problems.....things that work and those that don't...

this will start to build your knowledge base about your car....and make you a better member of our community.

Don't waste your money on anything other than a turbo. Performance first, then go with the looks and sound.
