what to buy??

I've been looking to get a new car for a while now. At first I looking at the subaru wrx, but then expanded to the mazdaspeed 3 and the VW GTI. I've also looked at just getting the mazda 3 sport gt, saving myself a bit of money plus i believe it comes with options such as moonroof and heated seats that aren't offered in the speed

Basically, I like a bit of performance but still being practical enough to take my bike out to the mountains. I'm not planning on modifying at all, except perhaps bike rack or something to that extent.

Anyways, I would like to here your opinions

i looked at the the wrx and hte speed3 for about a month before i decided to by the speed3. I have a couple reasons for my decision. 1. rice factor wrx is a cool car and all but its too ricey for me. 2. tranny. the wrx is having all kinds of problems with there trannies. look on any wrx board. the worst part about that tranny is that in many cases suby isnt honoring any warranties on it claiming abuse. that in all honesty was my BIGGEST reason for my choice. as for the VW, not a whole lot to say. i didnt do too much research becasue im not a big fan of the styling, didnt like the price tag and feel the performance is sub par to the speed 3. other than that i dont know much about that car.

i decided on the speed3 over the gti, for the fact that it has much more power...plus, if i ever wanted to make BIG power, its got .3L more displacement to better spool a big turbo, or put me into another level with a huge turbo...

wrx/gti are a dime a dozen around here but I've never seen a MS3 besides mine.

I would check out the speed 3 or speed 6.I love my sport speed3.

I also looked at a WRX before considering the Speed 3, almost got one too but the local dealer pretty much refused to work with me on my trade in. I didn't have that problem with Mazda.
