what the MP3 chief deisgner says bout CLUNK

Keep in mind Micah that Newf has been meetinand dealing with mazda directly for months now on our behalf. He seems to have rounded up alot of attention from both the Mazda and racing beat teams, yet no fix. They keep saying its coming.
I honestly think its time we all start talking class action lawsuit. Or if you are eleigable, lemon law. We have grounds for either as this problem is obviously effecting the cars resale value.

I am sick of bulls***, shaddiness, and secrets. The fix implied to is a patch plain and simple. Mazda has no intention rather then to let the protege die out.

I say at this point its time for litigation!

HAS ANYONE THOUGHT OF THIS:

Perhaps we are merely being placated. Maybe they don't plan to actually fix it. I suggest beginning something a little more aggressive than email.

I'm guessing he lives somewhere in either the US, or Canada - I know we have a great deal of members on this forum. Surely someone must live near this person. Perhaps if a member who is experiencing the problems could actually drive out to meet him, either formally at work, or informally at his residence ( I've heard services like Anywho work ok, but you would be surprised what you can do with newsgroups and google ). He sounds very willing to help, maybe some forum members could lend a hand, or at the very least, provide them with a few example cars that are daily drivers, modded and unmodded - to come up with a faster solution.

You all probably think I'm crazy, but when November rolls around, and this still hasn't been fixed..... I digress.

The internet is a wonderful thing
