What rims and rim size and suspension looks good in my car

Hey guys i just got my 2007 Mazda 3 2.3 Lt Black sedan and i want to lower it and put some rims in it and i was thinking some XXRs maybe and i was choosing between Coilovers/ Lowering Springs but im not sure any suggestions ?

My friend,i have the 2007 Hatch!!I am rynning on 16"*7"*48 offset wheels with 225/50/16,lowered 1.3" with KW v2's and its PERFECT!!!No need to roll the fenders(fronts or rears),no humming,no unpleasant sounds..etc....My opinion:do not go higher than 17"...you gonna suffer in every little bumb or pothole!!!!Pictures soon to be post.....hope i helped!!
