what psi do you guys run in sandy dirt?

What's up guys I'm pretty new to my Mazda still and I was wondering if you guys air down when driving in sand/ sandy dirt. I have a jeep and I usually air down to around 12. What would be good for my 3 on stock 17 in wheels? I'm thinking 15-17 psi?

Close. We're taking the dirt bikes out to the desert and I figured it would be fun to take the Mazda

My buddy used to rally his 3 around dirt trails and stuff. Not sure if he ever aired down his tires.

not sure how well the street tires are going to work even with 12psi in them they are not going to add much contact patch to them to get you any better grip out of them.

Meh, I would go down to maybe 15psi at the lowest... do you have TPMS? Air down too low and you will likely crush one of the sensors($$) if you hit a small bump just right.
