My girlfriend told me she'd never done it in a Wagon before...

ive gotten mixed reactions....ive had a friend of mine her younger brother and sister were like "EWWW its a station wagon"
"thats a cute car"
"is that a WRX?" i was like no "oh well then what is it?" i told him it was a mazda and he was like "oh nevermind then" dumbass lol
and ive gotten stares/smiles from cute girls when i cruise downtown on the weekends...so ive gotten ALL sorts of comments
and myndfi3ld seems like you have some great friends, at leat my "friend" made fun of my car to my face lol (shrug)

I got get a oil change the guy opens the hood, steps back and was like wow nice turbo. I say its stock.
He starts cleaning the interoir, and was like damn nice seats and stero. I say its stock.
He opens trunk and was like wtf there is an amp and subs here. I say its stock.
Then he ask me what kind of spring i used to lower my car and how much of a drop was it, I was like its stock.
He asks me how much I paid.... 18k new.
But after all that he wants to who did my paint job and how much it cost.. I go don't u see a repeating patern here, It is stock..

After a week we bought the car, we went to our friend's house for a get together dinner. After I parked the car on the driveway my friend's father (doesn't know much about cars) came out. he saw our new PR5 (one thing I have to point it out is he knows that I have an RSX) and wanted to take look at the engine, so I popped hood and he looked a bit confused, I was wondering what is wrong he asked me "Why does Acura use Mazda's engine?" (uhm)

I was just leaving school tonight & this guy walks by & says nice car. I said thanks & when he asked what it was, I told him a Protege (what I tell most people). Then he says, "Is it a P4?" & was like huh? 
He had to ask me again if my car was a P4 & then I was like "Oh, no, it's a Mazdaspeed." (hand) I got a good laugh out of that one after he left. (rlaugh)

I was going into the car to go somewhere like acouple weeks ago, and my neighbor was coming out of car, and she said that my car is really cute and adorable. How many of you can beat that??? muAHAHAHHA....
I've had my car since August last year and can't really remember anyone commenting on it.
I hang out with alot of "car illiterates" though (i.e. people who couldn't tell the difference from a Pt Cruiser and a Toyota Echo), so I doubt they notice anything.
And while strangers don't ever say anything, I get a number of turned heads and raised eyebrows.
But the bees LOVE it.

I have a vivid yellow P5 and old guys are always asking me how i got that color...like i had it custom painted or something...it's fricking hillarious One guy was just standing next to my car one day when I walked out of a store and he was like "Wow, them must be those fancy Porse brakes or something" and I was like, "Well not quite, it just spray painted them red, the calipers, that is"!(butt)

Had a little queer HS kid tell me today that b/c the new Pontiacs have red brakes, and that my brakes are red, that It's be a "good show of power".
I had to stop and think about that statement. Replying "Only if it comes down to burnouts, other wise I'm screwed." and walked away.
