What is Your Fuel Range?

I've driven around 60 miles past zero before, it wasn't something I was wanting to do though. Normally I fill up right around 0 miles as you still have over 2 gallons of gas left.

As for the Evap system, I've been filling up like this for a year and a half and 43 fill ups and haven't had any problems at all.

About 3 gallons can fit after the pump shuts off where I usually gas up at.

Putting in 16+ gallons on a tank that only holds 15?? While I do agree you can probably squeeze another maybe half gal at most but gotta wonder if the pumps at the station are calibrated correctly.

They are close if not right on. I've filled up at that way from at least 5 different gas stations and they are all similar overall. Normally the pump turns off automatically around 12-13 gallons for me and I slowly top it off for the other gallons.

When I filled up yesterday, the display on my dash said the distance to empty was 322 miles. Seems about right because my daily commute is 92 miles each way and if I don't fill up every night I can't make it home the next day without stopping for gas.
