What is the small dual whip antenna for on CX-9 Grand Touring ?

I noticed a small antenna mounted in interior at top of front window glass on passenger side. It comprises of two ~ 4 inch whip antennas pointing to the left and right sides of the car. I haven't found any documentation about it in User manual.
