what did you pay for your Mazda3 in the USA?

I just bought mine! It is a Black Mica Mazda 3s sedan 5-speed with ABS package, Sport package, 6-Disc CD/ Moonroof and Xenon lights. I got it for $19,000 and put down $2000. I got the 3.9% financing for 60mo and my payment came out to $330 a month.

Cha'Ching'

We got ours for $16,800 , Mazda 3 S 16" wheels, base model..we did kinda want a sunroof, but were happy since it is power everything/ AC even in base model " S " .

From invoice to MSRP is only like $1k difference, kinda odd huh?

There is no way I would push $20k though'

Great bang for buck in $16k range...what can compete?

Power wise yes my SE-R Spec V in power/tq beats it' but style and such..I don't know a car??

Picked ours up today. Automatic Winning Blue five-door, leather, everything but Navi...out the door $20,417.66.

And we're loving it.

Got a great deal on it since the dealer ordered the wrong one for us. We ordered a fully loaded one, only in black and without the navigation. I went to pick it up and there was no sunroof. Couldn't get a black one for 4 months, so they gave me the one on the showroom floor at invoice, plus my $500 mazda loyalty discount. Walked out of there right at 20k for a completely loaded 3s with everything including nav and the sunroof. It listed 23,405 on the sticker. Pictures to come as soon as it stops raining in Atlanta.

I had no idea those cars were selling for that much. That's way overpriced. I paid $21,000 for my S2000 with 25,000 miles on it. The Mazda 3 should only cost about $18,000 like the current Proteges. You guys are getting ripped off.

And what year S2000 is this? One of the 2001-2002's that had the HORRIBLE engine problems? You know, one of the one's that nobody wants because the engines had major bearing/valvetrain problems?

And its STILL a USED car!

You can get a 3s for $18000 as long as it doesn't have leather, navigation and Xenon's...oh wait, thats EXACTLY LIKE THE 2003 PROTEGE.

Think before posting.

My wife has the employee S-plan. MSRP:$21,295, Invoice:$19,648, X-Plan:$19,642. $6 below invoice. :)

I just put a deposit on my 3 S. 5 door 5-speed w/moonroof and CD player. I paid $17,000 with $500 college grad rebate at 3.9%. My payments will be under $300 a month. I'm pretty happy about that.

Just ordered a 4 door S in Titanium Grey this past week. Got it for $18,825 AT with everythng minus NAV and Xeon.

And I thought that mine at 19,725 with all (including Xeon) but navi was a good price,,,

$16,895, got trade on Matrix XRS of $14,000, owed $12,300, no money down, %3.9 for 60, no ABS (me no like it anyway, never have), but everything else except Nav and HID (who cares, I'll be putting in Silver Stars anyway, much cheaper). Payment is $310.00, with Gap coverage. Reduced my payment by $40 a month, cost nothing to get into, got a free tank of gas and no payment until March...whoo hoo. Oh yeah, My dealer is kicking in a free front end mask and rear step bumper guards..

Got a fully loaded S model sedan w/ MSRP of $23,045. Paid $22,033 for it. I don't think there is any car that exists under $25,000 that has the options of the Mazda3. It isn't a ripoff. It just depends if you want luxury in an economy car or not. Look at the new Prius. $6,000 in luxury items for a very weak car. Why pay for luxury in a weak car? Because paying for luxury in a luxury car is almost a $15,000 jump in cost, and it almost feels depressing to have a luxury car without all the options. Also, it sucks to buy used cars when there's always something improved in the newer versions. At least I can enjoy a year's worth of newness before next year's comes out. Personally, I think the Mazda3 is one of the nicest cars I've seen in years (under $25K). I'd pay MSRP for it if I had to just because it looks so fricken nice inside and out.

I'm seriously thinking of purchasing a fully loaded, including nav, Mazda3 in the US and was wondering what other people have paid so far....especially for the sedan.

Too bad carsdirect.com doesn't have the car up in my zip code yet :(

Fully Loaded Sunlit Silver Metallic, including nav, leather, Mazda3 Sedan, 5 Speed Manual, $20300, $21,494 (Taxes + Tags) OTD. MSRP was $22,175. I telephoned bargained with the guy cause I didn't want any pressure from the showroom with all those guys pressuring me. Made 1 payment and now the car is paid off ;) Now the only thing that sucks is Maryland requires front and rear license plates. IMHO i think front license plates on the 3 ruin the look =/
