What bov is loud at stock boost?

I have the same thing...Ive had the greddy and the turboxs is way louder and easily adjustable with a few Sacagawea's

Great way to call out other cars on the road.

Most greddy knock offs have 6 hex bolts that hold it together. Mine has 5. One of which is right under where the vacuum hose attaches. couldn't unscrew it because its glued in with what looks like resin. so my knock off stayed out of my car. I'll be looking in to a tial replica

tial replicas are going to be made of melted spoons and held together with glue, too. just spend $75 bucks, get a used HKS v. 1 (theyre common as s***) and be done with it.

Please stay away from knock-offs. You may end up paying more in the future if you don't heed this advice. That is all.

i'm sorry dude but ur just wrong, do you even know how a BOV even works. there is only one moving part, a valve, and in order to hold 25 psi or more all it has to have is a stronger spring.

also somebody already mentioned it but, if you want to run without recirculation, then you would need to relocate your MAF as close to the TB as possible.

You actually want the MAF about 6-12 inches from the TB.

I'd quit life if my car ever ******* queffed....

LOL

I thought Greddy, and its knock offs have some kind of diaphram?

Either way quality control is almost nonexistence with knock offs, so you never know what you are going to get, find a used good bov and don't look back

um maybe greddy does, but i dont knwo how else to put it, when i took mine apart there were 2 springs under the purple cap and a valve.

in any case, buy what ever you feel safe buying, i'm content with the one i have, but if you are willing to spring for the name brand, more power to ya. just my 2 cents

I agree with yudkib, there may be a diaphragm on the bottom or something where you cant see it

that one actually has no diaphragm since its a piston valve. several piston valves still have diaphragms, but not all.
