can someone explain whats so good about them?

i have an interstate one and its cool cuz it says megatron on the side so im like a decepticon

Well, optima of course!! The thing with optima batteries are

They can be mounted any which way

Tons of CC and CCA in a smaller package (well, not that small, odysey batteries are smaller)

Their Higher reserve capacity

and they last longer.

I bought one and never looked back. -20F and the P5 starts right up!

I had an Odyssey PC680 in my last car. Thing weighed less than 15 lbs. Drove the car everyday. Parked it outside at work in single digit temps (*F) all day and it fired right up after work. Headlights were nice and bright.

Odyssey are good batteries as well...Bu tI will be using A 15lb braille in my car when it coms back u in a few weeks.
The are supposed to be the best of the best and I plan on putting it to the test.

a member on vw forum found out a Braille battery is just a rebadged Deka battery. and the Deka battery costs only $59.

I have that 15lb deka in my vw, summer only. 9.1 compression boosted motor. They can crank over high compression motors as well.

I have the Canadian tire battery in my p5 right now. Its just your regular ole battery. Cheap and does the trick.

Anyone using a regular ole Canadian Tire battery or the Eliminator?

My mechanic told me to go with AC Delco. He said it'll turn a year or two longer than the Eliminator.
