What are these for?

I recnetly took out the cup holders (by the handbrake) in my car, to get to the stereo.
& noticed 2 unused connectors underneath... see picture.
Does anyone know what these are for?

My car is a UK(England) 2004 1.8 6 TS

seat warmers and 12 volt plug under armrest

I took mine apart a few months back and I think I remember having to unplug them to get the whole center armrest assembly out to run an aux cable. Petty sure they went to the heated seats switch and the power plug. Do your heated seats and 12v plug work?

I don't have heated seats or the 12v plug in the armrest. Interesting that the cables are there, wonder if they could be brought to life?
