I just lowered my car and don't see what could be adjusted to get rid of the negative camber. Any help would be appreciated. I drive a 2003 Protege.

yeah strut mounts are 'adjustable'...as in can be rotated 90 degrees for camber adjustments iirc...is that what you are talking about? if you have some radical camber, you'll need some bolts or a kit to make any major changes to camber...

as far as an 'alignment' that a shop would do...they basically just loosen everything and torque it down properly while locked in position (with lasers usually to get it as accurate as possible)...the tie rods are really all that can be changed considerably though (so toe-in or out for the most part), if you get too far out of spec on camber or caster...things start needing replaced...
