Well guyz, its time to slam my p5. Just wonderin if there is any info on decent springs out there that dont cost a s*** load.Or maybe someone that was thinking of selling theirs? Checked the F/S and G/B threads and no luck.
Anyone?

I have seen a graph that outlines the specs of each one, maybe someone could find it and post it. After looking over everything I decided I wanted the GC full coilovers, but due to pricing, I am going to go with the Eibach Sportlines. That's my choice as of now, nothing is sealed in cement until I save and pay.

There are lots of options out there and lots of opinions on each one. You might come to a different conclusion than I did.

That graph was a big help, but I don't where it is.

Also people who have owned the product and taking in their reviews. Since I haven't dropped my 5 yet, I got none for you.

i have progress springs on mine.. 2inch drop f/r i believe. Was easily able to align it without a camber kit. They ride pretty well.. and i'm sure once i replace my blown out struts it'll be nicer too :)

I had Eibach Pro Kit and then chopped a couple of coils from them. I don't recommend this very rough obviously. I planned on replacing them with Sportlines and Tokico Blues. Then I found some NEX full coilovers for $285.00 (sold every day for $615.00 on ebay and $799 at several other places)
Brand new Height adjustable with no dampening adjustment but that was perfect for me. Very nice ride even slammed like I like it. You will eventually have to replace your struts due to the lower stroke on the strut. You also need a High offset wheel to tuck in the rear. Mine 18x7.5s custom 50-51mm Offset with 215/35/18s.

I've got Racing Beat springs and camber bolts sitting in my kitchen I hope to install this weekend. I didn't want to change my suspension geometry too much, so I went with RB which is a 0.75"/0.875" drop. I'm hoping the install isn't too difficult -- it sounds like the toughest install I'll have ever done.

I have goldlines. I think its a 1.8f,1.5r. Sits perfectly and the ride isnt so bad. Got them for 130 shipped from spdracing.

Yeah, good price, but I heard Chris isn't doing retail any more.

I got the Eibachs for 190-something shipped from Adventon.

I've got the Eibach Pro-kit spring set-up on my car. I used these and Tokico HP (the blues) and my ride is amazing. It feels namn near stock and the drop is just right. Aggresive looking stance without being too low and making the P5 look like a "hooptie" You will eventually need to replace your stock struts/shocks as stated before.
Once again, I highly recommend this combo. I got the Eibach's off ebay for $167. Don't mess with buying these cheap "no-name" springs. Go with the best. It's well worth it and you know your getting a quality product!
That is all

Good Luck!

The Eibachs were the only option I could find when I first got my car 3 years ago. I knew they wouldn't be low enough for my taste. Now I have full coilovers Nice and Low!

Lucky you that got them!

Yes, back in December. Actually it was brand new never opened $389 after checking but still much better for me than Sportlines and Tokicos at $500+.
