Water to Air Intercooler Question.....!

that would be just as good as any. they are all basically universal, so you don't need to really get one in specific. there is custom fab work to consider when you do this, so if you can't do fab work, add that into cost.

^^^ That's about the sum of it. I would think the most difficult part of putting together a universal kit like the one you linked to would just be constructing the proper brackets for the intercooler core and the radiator core. Next would be routing the air piping. Nothing that you couldn't do with some basic tools and a little bit of ingenuity though.

I was actually eyeballing that kit recently... for the price it would be an interesting and unique project especially if it performs on par with IC kits that cost 2-3 times as much.

I don't think so. All you should need is the water required to fill the system. Though, it certainly wouldn't hurt to have a ~1gallon reservoir in the trunk, and the extra volume may give you some additional cooling benefits. However, the extra tubing length required may necessitate a larger pump than is supplied with those kits.
