Okay I'm sick and tired of seeing stupid threads of people asking if stuff will void thier warranty. So I went out to the dealer and I talked to them. This is what they said. A warranty will be voided if a part you installed caused the part you are taking in to get fixed break. Say you get springs and you blow the shocks, the shock warranty will be voided. This applies to everything even turboes. He said that you can turbo or supercharge your car but if that breaks a connecting rod it will void your engine warranty. This will not void you shock warranty. But hey if it's tuned correctly anyway it shouldn't matter because something like that wouldn't happen if it was. This is as close to the truth as it can get because this came straight from a dealer who owns and tunes his own Protege ES
