Back in September I did a search of the net for the cheapest price for a Greddy EBC shipped and turboimport.com come up with the best deal.
It took 2 weeks for them to get it to me (after they were supposed to be "in stock and ready to ship") and when I opened it, the box was opened, no manual but they had thoughtfully placed a "turboimport.com" sticker in the box for me.
Hooked everything up, take it out for a ride, doesn't work.
Write them for an rma and send it back in. They have to check it out before they will exchange it. Understandable.
I don't hear anything for a week. Write them for a status update, "we're checking into it"....
Long story short I did finally get a working unit, but it took over a dozen emails and 2 Months.
Just did not want anyone else to go through the same thing...
