VTCS removal meet?

so, whats the verdict.... did the VTCS removal help anyone??
We didn't remove anyone's vtcs. I think we decided that we didn't have enough time to tackle it that day, so I couldn't tell ya...

Removing the vtcs won't give you much power. I don't think it's worth it if you are looking for extra power, unless you have alot more mechanical skills then me(I don't have much by the way) Popping of that intake manifold looks like quite a job to me! :)
If you want to protect yourself from that screw falling off then go for it. For now I'm taking my chances...cross your fingers..untill I decide to port and polish.

I don't know what mods you've done or exactly how much of a noob you are, so I'll give you a little advise from one noob to another:
If you are looking for easy power then go the intake/exhaust/header route. You'll get alot more power out of those. But if you are planning on going turbo, hold off on the headers. Personally, I love the turbo...It's great, nothing like forced induction!

(doh)Oh wait! I just remembered..You have a speed 6. I forgot who I was talking to! I'm an idiot! never mind!
