You can never tell whether it's functional or not from that angle. I'm guessing not based on how far out it protrudes. But in general rear diffusers account for a great deal of downforce on a car

just to let you know that first viper there, the blue one says stryker on the side, which is a ridiculous twin turbo setup for vipers that puts them at like 1000hp thats why it has the rear diffuser.

JGTC cars have rear defusers, but they look good, this does not, it looks like a tumor
