VIN Number

Hello everyone,
How can I get my full VIN number? The thingy under the windscreen is totally black and the one under the floor mat just shows frame number.
I need the full VIN starting with J


(The paperwork shows the same as the one under the floor mat)

I know!
For some reason I thought I had seen it there before.
It's weird.

I wonder if the dealer cracked my windscreen during service and replaced it without telling me.(wild guess)
Im gonna pop in on Friday to ask about the VIN number.
