IMO, the best video is the compilation in that 1st post. That's my friend's RSX-S & he now has the Honadata K-Pro (tunable ECU instead of just a reflash) & he's waiting to get his Type R final drive installed. He & his friend started Team DC5 & nearly everyone in their club runs high 13s now.

No dude no. It changes which lobe on the cam is being used during accelleration so a cam profile is used for each section of the rev range that maximizes performance in that rev range
