as far as i know, and as far as I can tell. A ms3 BT specific kit, containing the inlet pipe, filter, downpipe, and turbo has not been assembled yet and released publically, but they've tested it so it seems. the downpipe is all that is missing to complete a kit. hmmmmmmm.... :D

MS3 Specific Goodies

edit: i would think this is on the stock fuel pump, as I'm not sure why they would have an upgraded one, although when I was working with APR for these kits, I did throw out their name. Those details are not specified at this point.

Good stuff and I guarantee there is some kind of fuel system upgrade on that car. The fmic holding power to redline is badass. 75whp at 6k. Thats makes no sense to me. I wonder what they are using for tuning.

Im thinking the inlet pipe is my next mod.

if you feel like calling them, talk to parker. he knows whats up...

i have no idea what they're using for tuning. i just wanna see the torque numbers on that last dyno :)

I called and they wont let you talk to anyone. They say email only. Stupid.
I have alot of questions.

The fmic and maf extension for instance. How is it holding power up top????????????

dun dun dunnnnnnnn. ill try and bug them tomorrow if i have time.

i think you need to go back to stock driver lol.

My car feels slow as hell with only a TBE on it. Adding the Ic alone got rid of the anemic drop at 5800ish. I/tbe/fmic/fuel pump and you hold power all the way to 6400ish easy. You try reving a stock car to 6400ish and you might hit the windshield

What is this inlet pipe of theirs? What does it do/what does it replace?

So if I have a MS CAI, I get this kit and it goes between that and the turbo? Any one have pics of this park when installed stock and ATP? I'm still confused as to were this piece exactly goes....and if it's worth getting. So if I have a FMIC and CAI is it worth getting?

And what is this option mean: "Exclude the 3" 45 deg Silicone Elbow into the airbox (I will plumb into my own CAI myself)" ?

i will take a picture of the stock and the atp part before and after, that elbow would replace the stock tube that goes to the intake box so if you already have an intake you should not need it.

So this turbo inlet pipe got me thinking. Why couldnt I fab my own inlet pipe????? So i went out to the garage and looked at the extension from my fujita intake i cut off to make it a sri. man did that piece look like it would work. So i took apart my intake system and sure enough with some trimming the piece fit perfect, and it just so happened that I had a reducing coupler laying around. So now I have a complete cold air intake all the way from turbo to the filter. Bitchin and its all the same size. Not different sizes. The only thing the pipe doesnt have is a nipple for the stock bc. Fortunately I dont use it so the nipple was not needed. Im stoked. So I took it back off and I will test it at the dyno tomorrow to see if there is really a gain. it was hard to tell on the street, beings my car just spins from a 3rd gear roll. LOL Ill keep everyone posted on my findings. If this works which Im sure it will i would have saved myself hundreds. I bought this whole intake for 230 shipped. NICE!!!!!! I love custom s***, Ha Ha.

Im gonna do a whole new thread tomorrow. LOL Im so stoked this stuff just pops in my head! (evil)

we used to do this all of the time on the 1.8t's, but you still have to get the nipples for all of the vacuum fittings welded on. i haven't even looked at our intake systems to see how many fittings there are, but you only say 1. the size of the reducer is 2" to 3"?

yay. you're responsible for 2 nice mods in the past week.

you realize after i get my car put together, its gonna be a race for the new freebie mods for more power.

:D

Im gonna probably have to go the schucks in the morning and buy a big threaded nipple for the dv. Thats the only holdup. Like I said Ill post more info tomorrow. But I think its gonna work just fine.

cool. what time is dyno time tomorrow? I expect a phone call when the car while the car is on it... (yippy)

wish me luck. I just wanna better my 311whp. 371ftlbs. Ever since the turbosmart bc and fujita intake i havent been able to hit those numbers again. but I can tell you this. My car is way faster then when i hit 108 traps.
