I have to agree... It will just take some getting used to. Think about it this way, at least the update it!!!!

Definitely a major downgrade. This layout was the reason I stopped going to all the other Mazda boards.. I don't think I even have the words to describe how much I hate it. Looks like I'll stop coming here too. Nice knowing you guys..

This is the same thing that happened years ago when Facebook changed their layout. I don't use it so I didn't give a s***, but even I knew that people were pissed... Really pissed. The navigation changed (and keeps changing) and people were freaking out as they "couldn't get anything done" (this is hilarious, seeing as you don't actually do anything on Facebook other than waste time). Now, Facebook are assholes, because they reorganize their site not to make your life easier or to do what's best for everyone but rather to try to promote certain features by making others really obfuscated (i.e., removing friends used to be intuitive, not so much anymore). Now, I didn't do that. I just upgraded to the latest, and it came this way. So, you guys should be very happy, seeing that I have the ability to actually go in and make changes as per your feedback, like I did for biz, see below.
So, if you're going to say, "this sucks i hate it i cant read things it hurts my eyes it killed my goldfish gave me erectile dysfunction i want the old one back", then, please save 1kb of storage and bandwidth on my server and don't post. Otherwise, provide some feedback, like biz did above, as to exactly what we can do to do it better other than rolling back to the previous version (which is IMPOSSIBLE). I'm not trying to sound as if I don't care about people's opinions, but please limit your complaints to something I can actually do something about. It's as frustrating as getting a bug report "it doesn't work <eom>".

Upps, looks like it already does that. Sorry about that, I am still getting use to it :$
i think the upgrade is def a plus on the backend of things as far as security, features, and so on. as far as the complaints of how it looks. im sure that there will be other skins/themes that can be installed on the forum so everyone can choose which one they like best

*Correction* Search in general doesn't work.
And I wish there were different skins available that allowed us to customize the icons. I'm not a fan of the red "on fire" thread icons vs. the blue and gray regular thread icons. It's just too distracting.

In the inbox/outbox for PM's, I am no longer able to search by member/title this is very helpful when you have 8,000 PM's...any way to fix this...very hard to keep up with stuff I have FS without it...
