So im looking to turbo. Whats the issue with the 400 dollar turbo off ebay?

the seals blow and it burns oil, a ton of oil

stay away from them, go with a garrett turbo

im absolutely leaning towards a brandy new stock msp turbo and a bunch of old pipes and junk. Are there any places that sell complete kits?

Unfortunately no. You're gonna have to source all the parts one by one. Just keep an eye on the FS section, turbo kits are popping up all the time these days.
