Turbo Timer Troubles

Hey everyone,
after installing the injen intake i just got which released the turkey...lol i decided to install the turbo timer i also purchased (Greddy Full auto timer) I spliced into the ignition, the ecu and the ebrake. When i turn the car on everything lights, and as im driving the tt counts up... ok everything seems fine. I park the car, put on ebrake, and turn off the ignition. the car however does not idle... the tt turns off with the car. Any ideas? car is still apart but driveable. any help is much appriceated. fyi i only used the harnesses that came in the box.

what color wire in the ignition did you use?

from the ignition i used the red, black/white, and the blue. While installing i was under the impression that i only needed to use the front red, and the rear blue. after i decided to see what would happen if i used both reds but same outcome.
