Turbo Set Up Almost Completed!!!

Your car is lookin good and it is really gonna fly with that turbo...

I will make sure everything is running smoothly and if it is then I will be taking it to the 1/4 mile on Oct. 4th. So I will let you guys know the ever so unanswered question "What is the 1/4 mile time for a turbo Protege?". I hope that I don't get disappointed!

Wassup P Diddy81 99! I will be going out there as soon as HRP opens (about 6pm). I will let you know by Wednesday for sure if my car will be ready. Right now it is a Hypersports getting the intercooler piping done and right after that I will have to take it to Exhaust Systems to do the downpipe. Sounds good to me! I will also have my wife video tape a couple of runs and I will try to post it up on this board also!

So far my car is still in the shop.:mad: It's gonna be kinda cutting it close. But as of right now, I am unsure if I will be able to make it to the track this Friday. I will definatly let you know by tomorrow!

Update

Well, I was unable to run my car this past Friday due to the fact that I did not have my car yet!:mad: But some good news. My car is no longer at Hypersports. The intercooler piping is done! I just had it towed to my friends shop to do the downpipe and the dump pipe for the external wastegate. Cross my fingers it will be done today. If so I will finish up some of my vaccum line at the shop and will be on the road tonight!!! I will keep you guys informed on the progress and will have the final pics up by tomorrow.

Dave are you gonna run the wastegate plumbing back into the downpipe or atmosphere?

At sounds sick dumping into the atmos but a little loud for my taste. But damn it sounds scary sick...lol
