One thing I have noticed more of recently is morons driving around at night with only the DRL's lighting their way. How can these people think this is right, no instrument illumination, and hardly any light on the road ahead of them.
The flip side of this is of course the idiots who now think the high beams are actually for use while driving at night.
Maybe DRL's should be sent packing.
